A relaxed, low-pressure junk journaling session focused on slowing down, making, and reconnecting with creativity.
Junk journaling is a playful, intuitive way of creating using found materials, scraps, and everyday paper. There are no rules, no expectations, and no finished outcome to aim for.
This workshop is designed to:
help you slow your thinking and hands
gently move through creative block
offer a shared space to make without pressure
reconnect with creativity through process, not performance
You don’t need any prior experience, artistic skill, or a clear idea of what you’ll make. Guidance is provided throughout, with space to explore in your own way.
All materials are provided (or adjust if needed), and numbers are limited to keep the space calm and supportive.
This is a workshop for people who want:
time and permission to create
a break from thinking and doing
to make alongside others, without comparison
This session is about process, not results. Come as you are.
A focused 1 hour one-to-one session to clarify where you feel stuck, where you’d like to head, and what structure or accountability could support your next steps.
This session is for you if:
you’re experiencing creative block
you want to create but don’t know where to start
you feel like you never have enough time or space to work creatively
you need a clear, practical conversation to help you move forward
There’s no pressure to arrive with a plan or a polished idea. We work with what’s already there and build from that.
After payment, you’ll be invited to complete a short intake form. This helps me understand your needs ahead of time so our session can be focused, supportive, and useful.
Everything shared is confidential, judgement-free, and designed to help you leave feeling clearer and steadier about what comes next.
After the session, you’ll receive written summary outlining key decisions, current focus, and clear next steps, so you have something concrete to return to.
