Creative Support & Foundations

Different ways to get support, depending on what you need.

Creative Support

  • One-to-one support for creative minds who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.

These 1 hour sessions are calm, focused conversations. We untangle what’s going on, name what matters most right now, and work out a realistic next step that fits your capacity.

After the session, you’ll receive written summary outlining key decisions, current focus, and clear next steps, so you have something concrete to return to.

    • your ideas feel scattered or unclear

    • you’re juggling too much and don’t know what to prioritise

    • your creative work feels stalled

    • you need a steady external perspective & accountability

    • you want to create but don’t know where to start

  • Low-pressure creative workshops focused on making, slowing down, and being in shared space.

These sessions are about process, not outcomes. You don’t need experience, confidence, or a finished idea. Just curiosity and a willingness to show up.

    • reduce isolation in creative practice

    • make space for play and exploration

    • support creativity without pressure or productivity

Not Sure Where to Start?

We start with a conversation.

This gives us space to understand what you’re working on, what feels heavy or unclear, and what kind of support would actually be useful right now.

From there, we decide the best next step. That might be one-to-one support, a workshop, or practical help with a website or foundations.

If you’re unsure, that’s okay.

We can work it out together
